Cancellation Policy

At Saxena Winter Clothes, we aim to process orders quickly so you receive your products as soon as possible. Because of this, cancellations are time-sensitive.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

• You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Order Cancellation (After Shipment)

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can still return the item after receiving it, according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Prepaid Order Cancellation

• For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not processed.
• Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases.

Non-Cancellable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Clearance items
• Customized or special order products
• Orders already packed or shipped

Order Cancellation by the Store

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:

• Invalid or incomplete address
• Payment issues
• Product stock unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund (if applicable).
